Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used electronics

Items damaged due to misuse or customer handling

Clearance or final sale items

Downloadable software or digital products

How to Request a Return

Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number, item name, and reason for the return.

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
